Attention to Players Facing "This Account is not allowed to change E-Mail Address" Issue

My account recently encountered the issue of "This Account is not allowed to change E-Mail Address," and upon further investigation, I found that many other players are facing the same situation. We have all reached out to the GM for assistance. Personally, I've been trying for weeks, while some others have been trying for years, without receiving any response. It seems like the volume of messages the GM receives might be overwhelming, leaving little time to address this specific issue. Therefore, through this post, I'd like to gather all players experiencing similar problems in the hope that the GM can address them collectively. Thank you.
