Where does level 132+ level up?

I haven't played in a long time and i haven't seen DIQ in the game. 
I was told that now 132+ up in Bee Cave, but isn' Bee Cave Dungeon just once a day?

i'm completely lost and don't understand anything.

Bee cave is not just once a day, key free once a day at gatekeeper, after that, you can buy bee key on market or craft at Ruinen to going. Mushroom cave also

Or you can train at exp map Iron core with daily quest (do all daily quest you can)

And go to hell gate

Thanks for clarifying things.
I didn't know you could enter as many times as you want, and I also didn't know it was possible to make the key in Ruinem. The problem is that manufacturing is expensive. Is there a map where the key drops?
