Block and Evade Cap?

I am backing to Server after a long time without play.

But I have pretty sure that there was a Block Cap and Evade Cap.

Someone can confirm it and say how much is the cap?

In case of evade, it does not stack in pve or pvp if you use draxos boots (15%) + atalanta buff hall of valhalla(11%)? How does that work for pve and pvp?

Every time there's an incoming source of damage, there will be two instances of possible evasion, each with 15% and 11% chance of being activated. I forgot in which order but there will also be an instance of defense chance (calculated by the ratio by your defense/your opponent's attack rating) and an instance of block chance (maximum 70%). It's like rolling the dice 3 times with different probabilities.
