Torn between mgs, mech and fighter

I need help! I've read everything on the above classes but need help deciding which one to stick with.

 

I like playing mech but I get the general impression that they get weaker as you get higher level and that their aoe becomes pretty ineffective.

I enjoy the aoe of mage and I accept that at higher level they are slow hunters but does their aoe remain effective as you progress through the levels?

Despite hardly a good thing being said about fighters, I like the fighter, despite the slow leveling - but do they get stronger as they get higher level? would an equally equipped fighter and mech be comparable for example?

mage = easy in low lvls, later lvls it kinda cant do anything like a pro ( used to be SOD for mage, prst took that over )

mech= easy lvl with aoe in the begin, later aoe goes bad, then go powermech for PVP and hunt

FS = crappy lvling, later epic damage and PVP

 

SOD= Prst

pvp= ms or FS

Hunt= ms > fs

Want to add. If you want a char that has the most number of uses then mech would be the best bet

Mage is fun (personal opinion) ive lvled mine to 120 and yet to be bored of em haha Lvled 4 mechs so far keep sellin em cause they bore me but they a nice little class have lots a build options u can choose from Fighter eh ive played one and wasnt impressed at all (personal opinion) So far the Archer has really been a fav for me quick got huge damage nice aoe not so great on def and abs but still really fun but slow to lvl till 110 cause hard to find a party

Would have gone with fighter but if they are no stronger than mechs at higher level then mech it is!

But in his mindset, MS is the best hunter
