What's going on with Vampire Hat? I went many times and didn't even see it on the roll. I've done 50 caves and nothing!

is it me or everything is Nerf? 

I've been trying for 3rd year as well.

The problem for last 2 years is when the vampire hat roll on lotto those players who owns it still roll the lotto.

end up they have 2-3 hats and you have none.

Please at least don't allow those who owns that hat able to roll for another vampire hat.

It depends on luck. I did some DGS with two people who were trying on the hat and 2 hats came in the same roll. Yesterday, once again a hat came after 5 and I got mine in just a few times. In total, I saw 5 hats in less than 30 DGS. For me, the feeling was that it was too easy to get it and I see a lot of people with it around the city and everywhere.

A good solution to this problem would be: Once you acquired the item, you have a certain amount of time to sell it. 24hr for example and after that make the item character bound. Because many players take it 2 or 3 times and don't need more than one, even players who take the roll and don't even want to use the same one.

Other games have a drop system for certain items that works like this, you can drop the item normally like we have now and at the same time there is a mission where after 100 runs you get the item, if it doesn't drop in 100 runs, at least your effort was worth it and you got the item on the quest as second option.

 

Even more so for a cosmetic item, attached to the character.
