We have banned plenty of hackers and cheaters, but before we ban them we want to be 100 % sure on that they are hacking. 99 % isn't enough.

I agree. If you're doing anything that actually creates a ban or creates a bug that makes you ban, then stop doing it.

I didn't say that 90% of banned people are from Asia, I said that 90% of reported people are from Asia. I also said that this is not only about bugs.

If a video that shows someone tanking 7 people is not enough to prove this person is doing something ilegal, I don't know what is. Maybe you guys should remove Report User, there's no way to prove, with 100% certainty, that someone is breaking the rules. Even a simple KS report can be rigged.

1- This has been investigated for almost one month - The video shows, doubtless, that this person is abusing of lag, and it didn't happen only once.

But anyway, dear Wartale, do you have to find traces of a hack in the client to ban someone ? They're very good at what they do, they don't leave traces, they can easily bypass your security system. In any case, look at the video starcraft tanked two k9s 13x, full gear, without losing HP for 13 seconds, is that normal ? That's what I'm trying to say, I don't see anyone doing this things, anyone, only Asians - Isn't it at least lag abuse ?

Everytime that the FS attacks KimNamKhanh FS Con Rate changes, so his attack is affecting this person, due a insane lag or, maybe, a hack (what explain why he doesn't care about the FS), he don't lose HP - Anyway, if it's a lag this person shouldn't be there, his system don't have the specifications to play this game, you must do something in this case, maybe kick people with high ping of the siege war.

There's many Asian that play this game fairly, with no lag, but most of them don't, I ask you to start acting, start hunt down those abusers, and start to trust in the players that play rpt for more than 2,3 years, those who really want the good of the server. Some of our players are from Germany/USA (where the host is at)/The Netherlands/Canada/Spain, most of 'em are already stopped because of this annoying shit on pvp, they can guarantee you got more lag than us also, you guys got a lot of distance from the host.

Well, if I said that, yes you lagged, ok! I don't need to lie about these stupid things.

 

Ping got nothing with lag, but with delay. And it just start to piss off when it's higher than 400, wich happens rarely when it's not siege war.

 

With lag you kill easier, with delay you kill people before they notice you attack them. But that happens on the other way aswell, you will die easier. I fought almost all high players, with lag or not. RzO. lags, SkaPunker lags... when I try PvP with them the damage is insane. But they take damage as easy as they deal it to me. That's how I know they're just lagging and not using lag to play, because they don't get special powers from that, but fucked up game proccessing that make they deal the attack power of multiple skills at once, but also recieve multiple hits at once.

 

Different than others that lag to run, "teleporting", that abuse of delay to hit and run back to safe zone or some players that get "highlander mod" on and increase their tanking and killing skills while their movements are all fucked up, freezing sometimes, than faster animations or something like that.

 

As the rules point out abusing of a bug is cheating, and that's what is happening. People are using tricks to obtain an unfair and illegal advantage, screwing the game for the massive majority of the community, and that's why many of the oldest players stop playing here, they don't think it's funny to play somewhere bugs are used to cover cheaters and where the administratin don't show they're interested on stopping those abuses. It's not just numbers in a database that will prove anything, start using the eyes.
