Helions around map

Why do these helions appear on the map? Both in safe and in war, they only die with a single hit, an area attack deals 1 damage, as if in pvp, I already died in an oasis when I was farming T_T
(with my mule, of course).
And they never drop anything.

When the FS use his hellio skill, have a low % to a hellion become evil and attack others, someone used at city when going pvp

Hellions should attack the person who summoned it, instead of attacking everyone around. Avoid FS using this skill to harass others.

I saw a post report that Hellions killed people before HG starting, and he back to town , he wasnt killed by the HG monsters
