Halloween Event

1st off sorry for asking so many questions.

 

Is there like a link to information about the Halloween Event?  I've picked up candy and such without knowing what good it is for.  So it would be cool to know what the event is about and what i can get out of it if anything at all.  Thank you

Thanks for the information and I think I found the event area on the main page now.  I must be going blind.
