I think it'll be something like the dungeons in PT2

You need get a item and make a group, go to the NPC and it'll teleport your group to a map. In this map you have to kill some monsters of your level and when you finish the dungeon you get a reward.

In PT2 this reward is a item from cash shop.

It seems to be new monsters, a new '2D' map (like Distorted Forest) and some new quest items for the party instance quests in that new map

 

Seems like that map is used for this Instance feature, party quests in an instance map

 

The NPC girl called Stella is probably used as the quest NPC, where you start the instance party quest with your party

 

As you can expect from us, it will be inwt
