The recipes are listed ! The formula are there ...

 

If you ever go to Phillai , across from the warehouse is a NPC. In other PT I played, here is how it works. I suppose its the same here

 

It starts out with "ores" in all of those colors you saw in the rune. 4 ores of the same color + a particular sheltom => Bring it to the NPC and make it into a "crystal". 4 crystals + some require sheltom = rune. Now, its random when it comes to A or B.

 

And once you have all the things that certain recipe requires, you can bring it to another NPC ... (usually is in ric - I didnt pay attention if we have one yet...). Put the runes + recipe in the box (like mixing or aging) and you MIGHT get the item that you're trying to make.  ???

 

Sometimes it fails ...
