I'm not really used to playing as a Magician.. So..

I have read most threads in here, but I can't seem to figure out what to use.. Dias or Meteor?

Please help

Also.. It would be nice if you gave me your suggestion about skills(which to level and in what order).

I usually try balancing between Meteor and Dias.

Meteor is much stronger than dias but with a smaller AoE

Dias hits all your surrounding monsters and also makes them Flinch (making you take less dmg)

 

Skillwise, tell me if you want pvp,pve or sod build.

Any of them you would start with Spirit Elemental

i agree with bida, find a good balance between those 2.

but i would start with dia 10 then build 10 on meteor later ( depends ur lvl to tho )

I will only be doing PvE right now. So I'm looking for an exp build.

PvE wise you shouldn't get Energy Shield to lvl 10.

Just find out what lvl is the best for you to tank with any gears you might have

 

SE 10

ES 5~8

EW 10

Dias 10

MM and Agony are also good for PvE

 

Meteor 10

 

Magic Source 10

ohh I thought you meant about stats points, like spirit and strengh
