New Head model mesh with textures messed up [+HELP]

Well, im trying to make a mod to PT, more exacty a new head, so i tried everything but the textures is always messed up, i already tried export with mapping coordinates, uvw map, and other things i know, but still get messed textures, then, Wartale or any modder here, i´ll be pleasured to get some help from u plz, and i didn´t know where to post, the i posted here :D,There are the screenshots:

We used to have a board to game developers, modificators and all here, then, highly experienced persons used to help there, I remember that Mercury or someone posted informations about textures there, it might be usefull, If I remember well, it where on a topic about our new items development 122-124 or somewhere near by... But, I am not completely sure about.

 

Since that board is no longer available to regular forum users, I will report this post to Wartale, if he doesn't mind to check there and bring/send to you the links of texture  informations there (IF has some there) might help you.

Well, I though it was only removed not erased. It's a loss for the game developers, unfortunately...

:/, im trying to get some help on RaGE Zone , but nobody knows how to help me, today i´ll try something new, i was thinking before and i´ll see if i can get this right. But i still need Wartale´s help to finish this.

how is ur UVMap?

I think my UVMap is normal, because i choose Sub Material to texture the meshes, actually i used 3 or 4 textures, and textures everything right on my mesh and 3dsmax rendered 

right. But when i put my mesh and new textures on tmABCD folder and logged in, textures appears messed up, they told me to fix the UVMaps, but i already did, with no results. If u want, i can upload to you the work , actually im using with mesh sample the Ar0n´s XmasHats. I dont think this could be a problem to my textures be messed up, because i do the same thing with weapons, shields, and i dont get the textures messed up.

First off reduce your skins size. 1024x1024 is FAR to big.

PT supports 512x512 at Maximum.

For a small head, make the textures maybe 256x256 or 128x128.

 

PT does not support massive textures, they will appear invisible/screwed up.

 

Also the head has got LOTS of polygons, this could also add to the problem.

 

However I have just literally downloaded the files. I will try load them up with reduced textures and tell you how it goes.

Also all your image names were really messed up.

Some were bmp, some were tga, some were named wrong...

 

Edited your ASE in notepad, resized and renamed the skins.

 

Seems to work perfect now.

But the Hair Texture, and Head texture still appear messed up , and about the Texture´s size, i knew that, i just gave u the texs sources, i forgot to put the textures with right size. I´ll make a test here, and answer soon

Well, is still the same thing when u sent this here,The eyes seems working right now, but head and hair texture still messed up, look the SS

If u see right, they are totally messed up.

And Eyes and Hair textures, both has alpha channels, it must keep inside the texture.

 

See whats wrong with this mesh, im almost giving up

Ohh I see, hmm, I cant zoom in that close so I guess I never noticed.

I am having trouble exporting your max file. Wont work in my game when I export, however your ase works fine.

What export settings do you choose?

First , u must have Wartale´s Ase Exporter, then u can export the physique. Then, when i export, i let marked: Mesh Definitions, Materials, Geometric, Shapes, Physique, Mapping Coordinates and Vertex Colours, the others let unmarked
