134 would be the appropriate level.

 

Having a char 134, means it can use any of the "old" equips +20. Like when level cap was 130 and you could use the "old" equips on +20 at the time.

and i know GM will got the way fix this problem, but i want GM know Real player is 95% and Rick player 5%

I say YES, only because that falls into the category of buying power for real money.

 

Its sad that all the donations are all about buying power in game for real money, who ever has the most money will have the most powerful character.

 

Also there is a flaw in that marketing model, (Greed)

Most games that offer that usually shut down or cut there life cycle in half, and im not talking about PT, major games that have millions of dollars behind them usually die that sell character power.

 

He could had made the cash shop around not buying power and probably pro long his server life span 10x, but its too late now.

way for them to play the game like others .. gaming is made for people who have no life's no work .. no income .. you know what
