Tornado: lvl 5(tornado 5 or 10 almost dun have difference, just spent more mana)

 

Weapon Defense Mastery: lvl 10

 

Critical Mastery: lvl 7~10(the point that u don't spent here u can put in vanish)

 

Vague: lvl 6

 

Vanish: lvl 4~7(but we have the skill points of ratoo quest, so u can put here too then will be lvl6 ~9)

 

Chain Lance: lvl 10

 

Charging strike: lvl 7

Lol no one so far had remembering val ring, I myself was calling to let a maximum of 57 int .. most know that the val ring 68 then ask ..

1. Devine build? for what?

rPT have a nice mana drop (5x i think) and like you said that's a build for level up, so you will take a lot of manas. v-ring will make you spend 68+ points on spr, but for now i believe thats a mega pr0 item (i dont have one at least ).

2. Health is useless for now too, cause if you make exp with a nice party and have some average items you can survive without problems. If you want make solo exp, i agree with that point.

3. 68 agi is the minimum stats for best ps boots. if you are a lucky guy, u will find min agi boots. i'm not a lucky guy  , and i like low agi builds, like holy boots build. looks a lil bit nostalgic.
