I've already searched it, but I couldn't find what I am looking for.

My question is pretty simple; Which itens should I use on my mage?

 

• High level bracelets, gauntlets and boots... or the low level ones (no strength required)?

• Staff or Wand?

--If wand; shield or orb?

 

• Should I focus my stat points on vitality or spirit?

There isn't just 1 good answer to your questions, you need to be more specific on what you want to do.

Exp/Pvp/SoD?

 

• High level bracelets, gauntlets and boots.

I don't see a point anymore in being pure spirit (Base STR and TAL) when your skills are based so much on your items. Better to sacrifice some points...

Only the bracelets that consume huge amounts of agi that you should consider if you want a lower level or high.

I suggest Lower Level for Exping/SoD and High level for PvP

 

• Staff or Wand?

Why not both? That's why you can switch between equips.

Use orbs with mages, they got huge defense/abs.

 

• Should I focus my stat points on vitality or spirit?

Depends on what you're up to...

Exping is 100% spirit (unless you can't tank the place)

PvP you have to come to a good formula on your own... Find one that doesn't get you killed so easily
