Mysterious Forest problem

I was farming gold at MF3 2 days ago with my 9x Mech and a Pike 13x killed me to take the farming spot. So is it a form of ksing ? If I took the screen and post on Forum, will he be banned ?

I know killing Farmer and low level for fun is stupid and should not be done. But there are some good gold spot in MF3 so high level player want to kill low level to take the spot. The problem is that the situation is the same as someone stronger ks your spot while you are there first... Can anyone confirmed whether this is a form of Ksing or not ?

Mystery forest has been abused by macroers alot in the past, by making it pvp this problem got resolved for a huge part.

 

Anyways, now it's just hoping that there won't be some dickwad there to kill you while farming. Most times I see someone killing a farmer I go after them and I'm not the only one

This should absolutly be an ks nothing to talk about report it and i am pretty sure he will get a punishment either way if you just say in example trade chat if you got no friends the name of the one and for help i am pretty sure at least 1 high lvl player will help you and if they cant s/he probably know someone who can i know assholes doing that before on some low lvl ended up with more people there then siege war shit really turned ugly i think from 1 newbie killer to 50 high lvl people having war in mf so just try in trade for help if you got none ells to help you ^^

the dam map is fuking huge so go to other spot....mf2 i couldnt pick up gold quick enough so get over it..yes god dam Tosser that killed low lvs, thats what i had in the past.. ;D
