There's a difference between be an ''Assassin'' and OverPowered. Assassin means kill in a Furtive way not Hit Kill everybody.

But after that he can switch to one hands, with super high block chance and 26% evasion rate, he can wait until Vanish finish cds and JC again . Game over when it's crit.

 

If he's an assassin, nerf his defensive potential please.
