Level doesn't matter for tier 3 you need to be 98 to get these skills this level.

And for Tier 4 you need to be level 88 for getting these skills this level.

 

Tier 1/3:

Throwing Mastery level 10

Storm Javelin level 10

Triumph of Valhalla lvl 10

Windy level 10

Soul Sucker 2

 

Total spend SP=49

 

Tier 4:

Vengeance level 10

Hall of valhalla level 3

 

Total spend EP=15

 

Tier 5:

 

Javelin Mastery to level 10.

Poison Javelin to level 10.

 

Not sure what level you need for these 2 skills.

 

Poison javelin is very usefull to make some1 very weak.

And since the + atack speed doesn't work with the ata's best kill skill, Amazons Rage isn't usefull for PVP/HUNT.

But the +20% critical is very usefull from Javelin Mastery and also the +3 atack speed for storm javelin.

the overall attack animation is same for both, and they have different concepts of AoE: Extreme Rage is radial, Storm Javelin is line-up.

Yes you are correct. Extreme rage is a lot more handy than Storm Javelin. When you use ER monsters can't hit you and also you can just hit any monster instead of having to line them up.

 

Also storm javelin doesn't have more range than extreme range, that's false

When u said "poison javelin is very usefull to make some1 very weak"  i disagree , Can u see what different bwt frost and poison Javelin skills ? i think they are absolutely the same ( so in my opinion i would rather just add 1 for the effection on the enemy , that might cause em to get dizzy and slow-down)
