Dancing sw.. well idk. it's good to slow archers making it easier to catch them and use dist but i didnt test it lvl 10. :-\

I was using dancing sw only to slow them from range, so I can catch them and use dist. Dist+ES makes mage unkillable.

abt the stats

str - items(use orb not shield )

spirit - rest

talent - items

agility - items

health - my formula was: health = 1.5 x LVL

 

if you're 100, you have 150 health

i'm not sure abt this formula, cuz I didn't test it in BC, only in mf1. But I could tank 13x(even one 140 knight junion0510 or w/e). If it's not working properly, then you can try LVL x 2, some mages are using 300 health in BC. But everyone's build is different

PS: don't forget your dmg is static

 

DMG formula: 1 spirit adds 0.5-1 Dmg on DR. idk how much is +amlify, but you dont need to go pure spirit just bcoz its useless. Mages gain less stats(HP;MP;STM etc.) per lvl so even 13x you're strong in BC.

Yeah, but the Ice's effect cancels Distorcion's effect which will ruin you sometime.

the damage of DR is spirit/2 + min weapon atk power - spirit/2 max weapon atk power

 

you can tank if your items are all good. if you want to kill pure killers (e.g archers and ata) then just use fire bolt coz they have a small attributes in fire and it hits better than DR coz DR misses sometimes.
