Critical Mastery question

Just want to know how it works

Example: You have Dragon Scythe + 20 with 30(base) + 4(spec) critical

1/ It add 18% more critical => 30 + 4 +18 = 52% crit

2/ It only add 18% of your weapon base critical => 30 + 4 + (30*0.18) = 39.4% crit

3/ It only add 18% of your weapon total critical => 30 + 4 + (34*0.18) = 40.12% crit

The same question for Assassin Eye

In my opinion, I feel it falls to option 2 or 3 but in that case, it's suck and not worth 10 points for 5% .

And another question, how does level difference affect to the chance of critical ?

As pedrods said, 1st option. 52% critical. Even if would be 5% only on level 10, +5% critical chance really makes difference.

About Assassin Eye, isn't what description says (isn't +46% critical increase chance at level 10) but is +46% damage for every critical hit did on target with skill active (use eye on one monster/player and attack other will not work, it's supposed to work only in monster you've targeted).

Level as far as i know do difference on chance of critical, but i don't remember how it works.
