Never put health points in archer since they dont need to tank;)

Also go for pure to get the most powerfull dmg u want.

Why would you tank mobs if you are ranged?

You shoot from far away so go for power...

if you really want to tank, change char ^^

you need the health (along with the points in evasion) if you solo a lot. all major exp maps have various ranged monsters. archers have huge killing capabilities, so they can kill huge spawns - if they can just lure the monsters in a line for perfo, and stay alive while doing so.

 

I still wouldnt put points in health since i know how i play a archer myself.

Just imo i dont need health points, I think its a waste for my power;)

Stat wise:

 

str for the armor you want to wear; 68/77 if you want to stay slow str

spirit 100+ while levelling, high mp pool is important for spamming perforation 10

talent for the bow you're going to use

alot of agility

enough points in health. personally i go base health all the way with archers, but you need people to party. i love the damage tho.

 

skill wise: perfo 10, shooting mastery 10, evasion 10 for levelling. other skills do not matter

 

later you might drop evasion for phoenix shot 10 which is the main 1v1/pvp skill of archers

if you have enough money to buy re-birth then you can leave ur health at base.

else, you have to put some point to health even u are not soloing coz not all party will protect rangers out there.

im 9x now, and put my points in Str, for Mino armor, Health, for tank rengers better, and Spirit, for shoot a lot of Perfuration lv 10.

for exp is a good build, but dont kill so much. i have 187-202 of Atk power... its low for a 9x archer =D

It's quite hard to tank with an archer

 

Archers aren't supposed to tank. But if you want, you can put some points in your Health, so you can resist some things and a bit in Strenght, so that you may use better equipments, providing you a better defence

if u want u as to tank then change class

the only time u need to tank is for 2 sec ? just to run of the mobs & go in a range & kill again ..

u should build ur dmg very high that the mobs die b4 they reach you, 

for me, i go low str "synthe, fpa"

WASTE my money to get best set + rings to pump my def, abs, hp ...rather than using high str or adding health ..

 

u just need to use the archer for a while, Run, kill b4 they reach u, ....that's all

Lol, archer's CAN'T tank. Never. Even if they have the highest lvl armor, they still can't. They might be able to take a few hits more, but don't expect a miracle to happen or so... Playing an archer asks for the "hit and run" tactics...

 

And agreed with the guy above me... Synth/FPA might be the better options as armor, though to start off with at lower lvls I'd advice you to take those red thingy armors. They rox lol

AGI: Rest (Maximum possible);

VIT: 23 (Base).

 

Skills:

T1 ~ 3:

Shooting Mastery 10;

Wind Arrow 7

Perfuration 10;

Falcon 10;

Golden Falcon 10;

Dion's Rest Eye Level 7.

 

T4:

FoN 3;

Phoenix shot 10;

Dion's Eye is a lot more important than falcons IMO
