why is the pvp laggin?

i see in some vidoes that pvp is looking lame some skills doesnt do dmg on the target

and when it does it after a 3 second (i am not lagging)

 

what is that pvp ?

The game have a normal delay , maybe 5 seconds

this happens because of the difference  internet connection of  players

but the pvp is not like froggpt or others pt (even ept)

its wierd pvp

 

i have mech lvl 96 and my cousin is lvl 94 priest and i cant even dmg him
