which char can reach the highest running speed?

I think most of you will answer archer, but ata also have running buff so which is the fastest?

 

Can other chars reach running speed equal or higher than these two?

I once reach speed 35 or so with my mage when I reset all my stats [all stats into health (somehow that gives you running speed)]+ putting all of my itenz into the WH + big head speed buff and donated soccer. Was very contemplated to buy mixed mokova boots to reach my maximum potential but... you know.

yeah, mgs maximum potential are always bellow all the others. But this is because I created an archer only for running events, like hide and seek, but I think it should be better if I had an atalanta...
