its says: absorbS the HP of the enemy with more than 50 percent  HP.

but if its lvl 10 its just 16%.

What is means is that you can only cast it on a mob/player that has over 50% health remaining. When cast it will take off x% of their remaining health and give that to you.

 

i.e:

 

Mob has 15,000/20,000 HP = 75% (over 50 so you can use soul sucker)

 

You use soul sucker level 10 (16%)

 

Mob looses 16% HP. 16% of 15,000 = 2,400

 

15,000 - 2,400 = 12,600.

 

So mob is left with 12,600/20,000 HP

 

The 16% (2,400) you took then gets given to your ATA.

Mob looses 16% HP. 16% of 15,000 = 2,400 (I think 16% of 20000 HP)
