Inven and Status menu Rusty Mode

Hi guys. 

 

I'm trying to do some skins for inventory and bars, but thoses imagens cannot open. I tried to open with windows viewer and Ps Cs6, but fail. Looks like thoses imagens have some kind of format that my pc cant open. I remember some program to patch TGA files, but it was long time ago.

 

Can some one tell me how to open those files to edit?

 

Im using W7 64bits.

I finish my invetory and status  menu skin RUSTY mode and here is:

 

 

 

I just dont understand, why,  when i put an item on, the background of inventory turn back to original (wood) instead of the re-skined. Anyone know? Maybe i can fix it.

I tried this exelicer patcher, but register are needed to use, so, i found a .bmp patcher and those imagens can be opened at Ps now!!! Nice!

Guys, im trying to finish my inventory with new skin (i ll post soon), but i need some help to found this pic above:

 

 

...i need change this GLASS that cover hp, mp and stm bars, but i cannot found thoses files atwtfolder...can some one give some help where they are pasted?

 

Btw, i did this Hp / Mp / Stm bars long time ago, and i found at google my job...lol...he is:
