T5 Stone Spike

Wrong, no one play with mage cuz he's broken. Ice Meteorite still better than Stone Spike just cuz can kill ranged monsters without move, chills them and can Shift+Click. Oh, but you still whining about Mage geting buffed? So wait for the other T5 skills. Oh, and just for you know, Mages in ALL THE GAMES are WAY better than other classes on terms of Killing, unless when have a "Counter Mage Class", so, stop whining, and let Sander's do what he thinks is good for the server and what is on his plans.

No one plays because they don't want to do it. The class is not bad at all.

Ice Meteorite is no way better than Stone Spike. "Kill rangers without move", really? What about move 2 steps and kill with 2-3x more power on the skill. The damage is insanely higher, insanely. It's not just a bit, it's REALLY higher, getting to the point of being stronger than 1vs1 damage of the other classes.

This is not about whine, it's about how stupidly high the damage of this skill is, completely overpowered thing. And thanks, Wait for other T55 what? Will those new skills be OP aswell? Justify a mistake with another mistake? Seems legit.

 

Ah, for me to know about mages killing on OTHER games? Fine, on other games they're the worst tankers over all, let's make them tanking less than archers, shall we? And for you to know, maybe you didn't notice it, on realm pt mages were a joke with their idiot skills.

 

When every class gets OP I see topics coming for them to be fixed. And most times, that's what happens. Sander's plans, then? What is funny is that I never see players of the OP class that admit it is wrong and join on topics to get it fixed. Grow some balls.

 

Yes, we can make Mage a Glass Cannon, but all the skills must have a complete rework, cuz Mage on Priston is made to tank and kill, so ... we have a problem here :) if you take out the tank ability, he'll need more range for spells, that means: NO DIAS, NO STONE SPIKE, only Death Ray, Watornado, Fireball, Flame Weave and maybe Meteore. If you take out the damage, he'll be useless, cuz Priest can tank like Mage and kill as well.

Mages can easily tank 4 mobs at DI and kill them all in less time than a melee would kill JUST 1.

 

 

Hard to understand or your pretending to be ignorant just because it's better to you that mage continues being OP at hunt maps?

I agree - shouldnt be for hunting but AOE is fine now

i heard stone spikes are strong on pvp and hunting, if its the case nerfing them on pvp and hunting is no worries as long as dmg stays the same on aoe

Actually mages METEORITE was already good and imo just as good as PRIESTESSES ice meteorite except for the freeze part. my mage is lv 91 with a lv 60 WAND deals MORE damage with meteorite (Using spirit elemental) than my PRIESTESS with ice meteorite and she's level 100 using a lv 80 aged WAND :) stone spike is just way too much, mages were NEVER crap killers even with meteorite they were really good killers and it is a RANGED AoE so stop complaining about stone spike not being ranged it doesnt even MAKE that much of a difference being ranged or not and about the shift+click really? monsters are LURED to you in spawns you hardly have to MOVE all you have to do is keep right clicking! is that so difficult? stone spike has huge damage and it's way too OP considering mages tanking ability. Yes Mages do not have a "Special monster" they're strong against HOWEVER they have huge damage buffs spirit elemental 400%? amplify is good for 1 v 1 damage too! mages were never weak people just never paid much attention to them until they got stone spike which is extremely OP and whenever a class gets an OP skill in games people will automatically start switching to it like sheep.

Its cuz he can kill in area and tank at the same time. And more faster than a melee or ranged dps. btw, Atalanta, Mech and Archer still killing more faster than Mage on Hunt maps, so I dont know.

meteorite doesnt cover much area compare to ice meteorite...live with mage until you reach 13x or more then you'll understand how frustrating it is not to compete with pris

thats why there are only a few mage players active until then

Mage can only be good at tanking when they are at HP build,they tank decent at spr build,.when they are at HP build this means that their skill damage will get lessen

Because, as many mages, i believe that Stone Spike has a decent ATK. Maybe a lil bit higher than it should be.

 

But mages are massive killers, and none killer with that power should tank the way mages are doing.

 

 

As an example, the only chars that are able to tank iron core today are mages and mechs. Even knights can't tank, but mages can.

 

 

Tanking iron core and killing the way it does using stone spike. Result, 160bi per hour.  ;)

An exp rate 30% higher than the already OP priestess rate. Sure, exp maps are fine for mages. Throw away all priestess to leech everyone up, mage is the new deal. Then a new skill come out for priestess and let's all switch it back.

I dont need to ask anyone. I've done it myself on my friends character. Let me guess, ices is pure build? 20 stats in health? Yea I thought so. Gotta sacrifice some spirit for health and you will soon realize its possible.

I dont know about IC but my exp is:

 

My Mage Lv110 need ALOT ALOT ALOT of Mana Pots to tank MD3 (With Phantom Robe +8, and other stuffs, all mixed and bla bla bla) but he can tank just fine. He have 750 HP with 180 Health.

 

My Priest Lv111 dont need to spend mana, just a few HP pots here and there, she's using a 110 Robe Belum Mix, Phoenix set Inferna/Enigma Mix and stuffs. She have 1900 de HP with 200 Health and VL. More ABS and Defense then Mage.

 

The diference betwen priest and mage tanking is: Mage needs to use Mana Pots and Priest need to use Health Pots, they lose the same proportion of MP/HP, you think a tanker have to lose no Health? Thats not a concept, the tank have to survive for more then 5 secs without use any resurce if no he's own spells.

 

With my mage I've to use MP pot every 2~3secs on MD3, with my priest I've to use HP pot every 6~7secs, I dont know you, but I think the priest is tanking better than mage. And ow, I forgot, when you're killing on Hunt Maps, if you are Mage, you take 1 hit and lose 700 Mana and 200~300 HP and I've 750 HP, with priest I lose 400~500 HP and I've 1900 HP(Endless Tower 1), I dont know you, but math is here and: 200~300 (Med: 250) of 750 I can tanke 3 hits, and 400~500 (450) I can take 4 Hits, 5 to get killed.

 

But AGAIN: Nerf on PVP and HUNT MAPS YESSSS!!! But dont nerf on EXPING and SOD. Thanks! :)
