when did you have to respec the most until the item got in the desired spec you wanted?

3 times I did respec my 130 ax and poof! -0 -0 perf atk rating.

I bought a KS Wrench from a guy(Seriously why he donated a ks wrench?)

And respeced for 25 times to get MS.
