No one had knowledge of it, it was only found out last night and reported within a few hours. What I meant was that he has been doing Q with members of your clan for almost 2 weeks, hours at a time, the normal way. He didn't "abuse" this to catch Neog. Do you know how much extra he makes by doing this? Less then .020% in the time span of 1 quest. As I said, with all the time he put into figuring this out, he has lost % rather then gained %. Period.
