thought about archers.

 

Let's do some simple calculations based on game mechanics:

 

Evasion Mastery (T4) = 23% Evade

Phoenix Speed (T5) = 30% Evade

Atalanta's Vall of Valhalla (T4) = 23% Evade

Scroll of Evade = 5% Evade

Bless Castle Buff = 10% Evade

 

Using the math already known, we have: 23% + 30% + 23% + 5% + 10% = 91% Evade

Did I miss something ?

With all that evade, as still dies easy. Taking away the evade would take away the unique specialty of the char. As needs a improvemant not a nerf imo

Maybe there's a way to increase/decrease the evasion % depending on how close/far the enemy is from attacking you.

Maybe you guys dont know but Priston have a CAP of status ..

 

You can't have more than:

 

50% Evasion

50% Block

50% Critical

49% Defense

50% Abs

 

So, dont make diference if you have 100% of evasion you still will die  ;D

There is a much lower cap

Almost 100% evade, and be hit by 90% of the hits, i guess something is bug '-'

 

by te way, evade scrool add 5% of your evade, if you have 50%, it add 2.5%

 

Already tested, if a char have 0% base evade, he will have 0% with the scrool, at least if they change it.

its not wrong, but u cant get exact 100% evade.

There's a cap (50% block max, 50% evade max, 50% critical max and if im' not wrong 50% defense max.) - even if your char have 100% critical chance or 100% evade chance, etc.

 

What is defence used for?

As i know, defense calc is:

 

// chance to defense = ((def - atr) / def) * 100

 

Example: Let's say i'm a knight with 6008 defense (with all buffs) and you're a atalanta with 4018 attack rating.

 

((6008 - 4018) / 6008) * 100 = 33,13% chance of defense

 

And if Attack Rating is higher than Defense Rating, will be 0% chance to defense
