Ata Build Pure Agi or Armor

What should I do for an ata? Agility or str for Armors? I have a 107 Ata with Str for lvl 106 Ata Armor, but I cant even go to Lost Island for quest without taking a huge amount of dmg. All gear is ata mixed.
