mech skills

hi all im new here, i played priston i have got a mech in other server but all people tellme that this server is great so i want to create a mech!

but i have some questions;

 

1) skill balance is on?

2) how much add maximize on 10? because i read a lot  about that this skill increased alot of power but when i see the skill list only add 15% so i want to know the true!!! ajjajaja how much add?

3) tier 5 isnt work no?

4) in rpt exist a mech power? with this i want to say, a mech who can kill  a fs ? ^^

5) what is new in the mech??

1) Yes, it is

2) List is outdated, if I'm not wrong maximize add 200%

3) Correct, it's not working yet

4) Yes. But it also get killed. BTW, why fighters >__> they're the easiest meeles due their lack of tanking power

5) Supposed to have improvements at all, attack power, tanking... but without ES working properly tanking is ridiculous and being mech damaging is ridiculous

In other words: mech sucks, that's why we all want our ES back

I don't know what they did, but no ES, lvl1, lvl5, lvl10... it's all the same
