I'm Prs i don't see any difference.

At least for me the damage is the same maybe my prs is bug  or doesn't work for prs and mgs because GM ask for global about it.

I've tested exping in Iron Core with a 149 atalanta, and just worked for me on 1x1 skills, not on aoe skills.

 

And as Glau said, just on PVE

Not work on AOE skills???... mmmm so prs and mg can't participate unless they use 1 vs 1 skill?.

I put those chars because they rarely use 1 vs 1 skill, mg and prs even in Q use Meteorites and Stone Spike.

Now understand why diQ was "slow" (normal)... and why didnt see any difference with prs in ad3
