GOLDEN FALCON / PERFECT AIM QUESTION

I noticed that Golden Falcon gives 200% of damage at max lvl. That percent is based on??? The archer dmg? I use the first falcon.. but i was wondering if golden falcon wouldnt be better cuz  200% of my damage would really usefull at hunt and xp. Can some1 answer me? >.<

 

Ps.: If you know too, Perfect Aim skill isnt better than Bomb Shot to kill demons mobs? That skill is really faster than bomb shot.. Did some1 ever test?

The only thing i can asnwer, is that the 200% is about the tier2 falcon.

For first question: 200% of damage of T2 falcon. If falcon gives 89-90 dmg, damage of golden falcon will be 178-180 (really poor damage). Really is more useful you use T1 falcon since, it gives % based on total attack rating of archer (even if don't show on your character info).

 

For second question:

Bomb Shot > Perfect Aim.

 

Bomb Shot have just 6 speed, but have 300% damage boost (based on your attack power) vs. demons.

Perfect Aim even if is based on your weapon speed (this make skill more faster) but have a add attack power of 20 + lvl/6. If you're 140, it will just give 20+23 attack power. This mean, if you have 1000-1200 attack power, skill will add +43 attack power, going to 1043-1243 and attacking just with this attack (like a default attack imo).

Two situations:

 

1- In low lvl if an archer don´t has a prs or mage to leech exp from they can use much strenght for an armor and much health too (for tank some exp maps solo) and use arrow of rage that is lvl based dmg. In this case they use Golden falcon´s regen to help tank since there are many mobs with low dmg (exp maps) regen is very helpful in these situation.

 

2- imagine the following situation in BC or Hunt: Some enemy attack you with a 2 hits skill (e.g. Grand Cross), of course you will use pot only after the first hit bcz before this you hp is full, but the skill is fast and the second hit will come before you can use hp pot (during pot animation, bcz it´s not instantaneous). Ok you will took 2 hits  and total dmg will be "x" but you have "x-3" HP that means you will die right?  But if you have  vampire teeth active and golden falcon lvl 10 active you will have HP regen of 20 hp/s  and during the attack you HP will rise a little but suficient to let you with 7-15 HP remaining and time enough to your pot,s animation be complete and voilá, you are safe (for now).

 

What i am saying is that HP regen is not sooo important that you need sacrifice important skills to put golden falcon lvl 10 but its not useless at all and can be very helpfull sometimes. To be honest i lvl'd my Golden Falcon to 10 after all my important skills.

 

P.S. After new patch, beyond 200% dmg of falcn and 15 HP regen, golden falcon add too 200% ATTACK RATING of scout hawk so it is very better now.

Ahhh I see. Thanks a lot for clearing that out.

It's a shame that it cancels the T5 stun though. Someone should make a suggestiion to get it fixed.

P.S. At the other hand its annoying the golden falcon everytime removing the stun arrow effect instantly, sandur should remove this ( ill make this sugestion, i mean, for golden falcon attack dont remove stun effect)
