For example: you learn dias lv 1 and it has 20% "mature", you have a wand with 10 magic apt then you have 30% "mature" on your dias skill. I am asking prs spec and not ns because the talent and strength requirements are lower. The spec stats are: weapon speed - does not affect SS magic APT - nobody knows yet mp regen - kind of useless So if magic APT is only for skill training, then prs and mgs spec wand do not make a difference to SS.
