Using prs wand

I would like to ask whether it makes any difference to SS if I use prs wand. The only spec stats are weapon speed (affects DR), magic apr (affects skill training) and mp regen (kinda useless).

weapon speed = atk speed = more dmg (except SS, because of the delay)

 

magic apr = will power = more dmg

 

mp regen = ...

magic apt lets you train your skills more quickly. For example: you learn dias lv 1 and it has 20% "mature", you have a wand with 10 magic apt then you have 30% "mature" on your dias skill.

At last it's the case for EPT, do not know about this server though haha

So back to the topic. If I am using SS, does it matter if I use prs wand? I am asking prs spec and not ns because the talent and strength requirements are lower.

 

The spec stats are:

weapon speed - does not affect SS

magic APT - nobody knows yet

mp regen - kind of useless

 

So if magic APT is only for skill training, then prs and mgs spec wand do not make a difference to SS.

If magic APT does affect WP like some of you said, then it makes a difference.

Him right magic apt was for that, for faster skill training, until u get 100% on skill no more effect of it.
