- Removed Skill Point en Elite Point cap.

 

im wondering will the new quest be removed as well~  (most of the quests' reward is SP or EP)

For players to have more points to add to diff skills for their variety style of play rather than keep on resetting skills

Anyway without any cap to sp/ep a few classes will be happier than others, there are a few that really have many useful skills worthy of some more available point while others only rely on 3-4 skills
