eliel77 0 Report post Posted January 14, 2016 The last 1 hand sword of Knight, What is the best option to do with it? Aging +20 , Mix sapphire (cant afford a sol mix) ? If mix, Dexterity Mix, Critical Mix #2 (HP) ? Any suggestions ?
Rod 3 Report post Posted January 14, 2016 Aging it would be the best option, but keep in mind that it's expensiver. ^^
eliel77 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2016 Aging it would be the best option, but keep in mind that it's expensiver. ^^ Hi Wartale, Talking about attack power aging +20 is sure the best option. You are saying this only because of the attack power ? I mean, I am thinking later in the game, and the source of attack power of the knight will be the 2 hand sword aged + 16 to +20. I have no doubts that aging the 2h swords will be my best option. But about the 1 hand sword, is there any real use of it later in the game to attack, to hunt, to exp ? Or it is only used in defense mode (where I should consider making a mix to add HP).
DarkLink64 921 Report post Posted January 15, 2016 As an experiencied Knight player: Yes - you'll need a good 1 hand weapon aged to +22 at any point in the game. Mostly on PvP, and Iron Core. Knight can't tank that much without a shield, and you'll find many times that you'll have to stick with your shield at PvP. Against Pikes, Atalantas, Archers, Fighters... Against even Knights themselves! You can't simply run towards an enemy and unleash 2 handed attacks expecting to kill without dying. You have to time your attacks correctly - for example, if you feel your enemy has a strong attack power, you can keep attacking him with 1 handed sword untill they use their most powerfull skill, for example, Split Javelin or Destroyer. After that, you can try to use your 2 handed sword! And if you're lucky, you can proc a critical hit at same time you discharge Holy Aura, and can kill even with one handed sword. Also, in Iron Core, you have to be extremely well geared to tank without using a shield. Not only geared, but high leveled! So you'll end using your 1 handed sword most of time in Iron Core. But if you're in thug life mode, you can stick to a 2 handed sword, and use a Love Sword as 1 handed weapon, and put the highest HP value mix you can on it. You'll only use your shield to tank, and the extra HP will help a little. However, you'll have just your 2 handed weapon to attack, so beware.

DarkLink64 921 Report post Posted January 15, 2016 Oh, great. If it's perfect, it's a no brainer, Age it untill +22! However you'll have to spens a big money on it, because aging is quite expensive if you don't want it to break.
