Starting a new Mech (What's best build?)

Hey guys!!

Well I'm just getting back towtand I saw that a lot of stuff have changed. So I decided to start a new Mech once again.

But I have a question : What is the best build now?

My intentions are only leveling up, but I dont know what build is good for that.

I have seen in the topics, people saying Spark Mech until 120 and then Tank, also ppl saying that you can make Spark/Tank Mech.

Well I really like Spark Mech, I prefer Tank bt if I can make both, how can I do it?

Like what stats and skills should I put?

What weapons and armor should I use?

I would really appreciate the help!

It is easy to build a Spark-Tank Mech. I'm crafting a Spark-Auto-Tank Mech for fun, and this is where it's much harder.

 

So, for Spark-Tank as you are looking for,

 

- Tal, Str, Agi as items

- Spr ~77 for Devine, Spirit ring/amulet +3 in my case. I think you can go up to 100 if you want, but I find 75-77 is pretty balance.

- Health: all here!!!

 

Skills:

 

- Tier1,2,3: Max PA, Spark, SS, MWM, MA, extra points goes to ES

- Tier 4: Comp > Sphere > Golem

- Tier 5: TS > Gravi

 

My Mech at lv 120 has 283 ABS wearing school uniform :v

Oh, I forgot. Go for the best Armor at your level. But you can totally use a Love sword while training, coz your DMG will come from Spark, SS, Sphere, and none of them needs weapon DMG.

Wooww thank you very much, I really needed that.

But I have some questions..

1)Why put points in MWM? Because I will not use weapons to do dmg, just Spark, so its weird.

2) About Spirit: is it really ok to put 77 or 100, because I think that Spark costs a lot of mana so, I need mana ahushauh.

3)And Doesnt Spark have that thing with Atk Speed of the weapon? Like more atk speed more you could use spark? or not? Cause I remember when Mechs used that single bow to have more atk speed to cast more sparks.

ok, what weapon has more atk speed? Claws?

all are 7-8

 

but there is a toy called wrench who adds crazy attack speed

you can mix it oredo +1 speed (9 oredo mix) and u will cast spark really fast (like 14-15 attack speed)

 

its a expensive item, depends on how much u need to spark/tank

 

claw also adds a bit of defense with 8 attack speed

 

Resumed:

 

-love sword or claw to tank

-wrench to level faster with spark

 

if you dont have level for wrench just use a claw...

1/ I put MWM because you will not need any other skills, so MWM feels right for if you want to use claw of bow for fun )

2/ I train everyday with 77 spr. Tons of mana pots to loot, so dont bother putting so many points in Spr. You can even use Murky if you want.

3/ It is useful to have a wrench, for sure. But I have never seen one these days. Have been looking for it for months with no luck. Besides, believe it or not, your Spark Shield and MS help killing mobs much faster than Spark alone :v I don't know exactly how, but I tried leave SS and MS uncasted, I would end up scratching mobs, not killing them :v

As you said in the beginning, you prefer Tank, so your best bet would be Love sword atm.

you can switch shield skill depends on your needs

 

remember this guy is low level, not 60 skill points to spent...

 

At high level you can have 6-7 skills level 10 so you can use points in other skills like MWM

yea, you're right. I should have put MWM into spare skill. I, myself, hate ES because it only gives 3 extra blocks on a 20%block shield at lv10. I don't feel like depending on that 3% of luck, so I'd rather cast SS to have 2 extra abs and some DMG. (just my preference)

ES is really good when u need to tank more, like ct3Q or DIQ

SS its better for xp maps where mech can tank really easy with MA

 

MWM is useless for a tank, cause tank just need to stand, compulsion and pot, and doesnt matter damage because you have 4 killers behind you with lot of damage

No, man. ES "amplifies the block rating of your shield.", not "adding." That means it increases the base (not spec) blocks of your shield by 15%. There was a thread about this, you could find it.

 

And for those who hate spending time looking for a right party, or have only a couple hours to play everyday, like me; I'd rather doing daily Q solo.
