Sheepco 29 Report post Posted January 3, 2010 Its actually really easy, just check your gmt, and you cant be confused. BC starts at 16.00 gmt +1, thus: GMT-12 = 03.00 GMT-11 = 04.00 GMT-10 = 05.00 GMT-9 = 06.00 GMT-8 = 07.00 GMT-7 = 08.00 GMT-6 = 09.00 GMT-5 = 10.00 GMT-4 = 11.00 GMT-3 = 12.00 GMT-2 = 13.00 GMT-1 = 14.00 GMT+0 = 15.00 GMT+1 = 16.00 <--- This is servertime. GMT+2 = 17.00 GMT+3 = 18.00 GMT+4 = 19.00 GMT+5 = 20.00 GMT+6 = 21.00 GMT+7 = 22.00 GMT+8 = 23.00 GMT+9 = 24.00 GMT+10 = 01.00 GMT+11 = 02.00 GMT+12 = 03.00 I will add some of the most common countries i could think of: GMT+0: UK GMT+1: Denmark, France, Holland GMT-2: Brazil GMT+9: Korea GMT+9: Japan GMT+2: Finland GMT+8: China

Sheepco 29 Report post Posted January 4, 2010 Hmm is it possible to make a setting like on forum, where it either auto detects your local time, from your ip, or where you just assign your own gmt+/- ?
SkullKid 0 Report post Posted January 4, 2010 Hmm is it possible to make a setting like on forum, where it either auto detects your local time, from your ip, or where you just assign your own gmt+/- ? that's too much I guess, it's easier to make game.exe set gmt based in your pc's current time settings. Exelicer 0 Report post Posted January 4, 2010 It would help to announce it when BC time is getting changed. Guess its not hard to get the servertime and clienttime with the client, so maybe good to add the users local BC time in the settingswindow. Could also add it to the forum which should be easier to do because I prefer a skillbalance over a BC timer.
