They could change the skill all together so it is like DL but with ice spikes that come from the ground. That way you won't have to worry about aligning the shot and you can get guaranteed hits that way. Damage may need to be adjusted, but I feel the alignment and number of monsters hit is the biggest drawback of this skill.
