Just wondering what it is, I always remembered it being Pikeman?

How are they at hunting and PVP?

 

I was thinking of playing a mech I just remember hows underpowered they were on private servers I have played prio

Damn, I was hoping theyd at least be able to hunt OK, I used to play a powermech. Maybe ill make a second cahracter...guess its back to brandish leveling my knight? hahaha

 

What do u think about fighter vs knight on this server?

Okay, thanks! I loved my knight, it was the last character I played, back in teh old days I had like a 114fs, and then a 115 ks, and a pike...and a whole bunch of stuff lol I could never decide

Stick with knight they totally own in pvp ad1/2/3 and hunt maps

mech isnt slow exping. and they tank a lot so unlike other classes where you might need vl, a mech just power tanks and while hes tanking spark shield and mag does damage. As well as while he sitting there sparking the big mob.   i dont honestly solo much but when i do its decent exp. best exp though is with one or 2 archers behind me as suff comes up to me hits me a few times then well its dead  : plus i sit there and spark it so it dies even faster.'

 

as for hunting mech can tank a crap load of hunt monsters so far only tried in LT-et2 but i just tank the whole spawn or even lure more then spark em down. if i have another AoE char with me its even better, mass kill hunting ftw!

22% to 119 MECH. i started rpt as level 1 about a month and 8 days? ago go mech! lol

 

just formatted my comp too while waiting for maint to be over hopefully it smoothes out some of my laggy client side issues.

goal is 120 by this weekend then i might take  a break..................................... tired of looking at mob after mob oh boy the headache.

 

AS for other classes, it REALLY REALLY depends if you party a lot or not.

a fighter if hes good at what they do for exp or hunt or even pvp. will generally get more parties say if hes a good lurer/tanker/ or even good spinner...

a pike from what ive heard  generally needs a priestess for VL. however when i play pike my builds for exp usually dont require vl so id be leveling fast anyway.

 

Just remember if your good at your char, then you wont level slow.

if your good at them all. then more power to you pick know and stick with it till 12x-130. or become an exp agent.  ???

yeah id say mages are definatly the fastest, HOWEVER i must also say look at the rankings. what class is of the highest level? and oh. look fighters are above knights. only one person though but still, thats pretty good. and ive partied with him a few times whats sad though is that a 129 fighter is forced to level in ft1-2 =/ while knights/prs can sit there and solo ad2 like no tomorrow.

 

davvbowl liked this suggestion but it would be interesting to see character creation date on the rankings. (though i just had the thought now it might not work well with character restorations?)

its because, mage are weak in hunting factor and pvp

why play mage when u can play melee and leech exp every now and then

u know wat i mean
