Question about MECH skills

Hi guys, i have a question about Mech skills :

 

1. "Spark shield" : If i upgrade " spark shield " to 10 , do i need to upgrade " spark " to 10 as well for maximum effectiveness ? are they linked ?

 

2. "Trine shield" and "extreme shield" when buffs has icon on top left, but if i switch to 2 hands weapon, these buffs are not effective right ? or there is still hidden block from "extreme shield" like some old server ?

 

3. How to add skill stats for a power mech ?

 

p/s : Which in Defense or ABS or Block is most important in pvp ? What do these stats represent ? ( like defense lower hp lost or block totally neglect an attack or something ? )

Hi, i'll try to answer some.

 

1) I would level both, since "Spark Shield" is linked to "Spark" according to the site.

(Copy of site: Spark Shield will deal damage to that enemy, based on the damage of your Spark)

 

2) From what i remember it was possible a long time ago, but not anymore. If you switch to a 2-handed weapon, you will lose the buffs.

 

3) For power mech i can't say, i dont play that. But there still should be some guides around if you take a look around here in the Mech sub-forum.

(Don't know if it's the right guide, since i assume there must have been some skill changes? But in general you can't go wrong with that guide i think.)

 

And your "p/s" question i can't answer. I don't do PvP.
