New player meets problem

I'm a beginner. Here's some questions I got.

1, Is there a simple way of auto-running? I find that keep the left-button pushing down is quite a tiring ........

2, I know that button "A" can show the name tip the the drops. However, It's still quite difficult to see the drops when there're many on the ground. Is there a way of auto-pickup? Or a way to quickly pickup the equipment, while leaving the gold and other rubbishes unpicked? ;D

1- Do double click, and u will keep running/walking till u stop doing click, or for something in the game (another player, a rock, a mob, etc).

2- Havent auto loot in game, but will have a new loot filter next patch, so u can choose what drops you wanna see on the floor. I leave the link here about that: http://thronum.com/forum/index.php?topic=74852.0
