EXP Reward of Party Quests for certain levels.

Hi Fellow Rpt-ians,

 

Just curious, regarding Patch 4077:

 

"EXP Reward of Party Quests are now affected by the Party Level (= average level of each Party Member) using this formula: http://realmpt.net/exping"

 

Can anyone clarify if the level difference mentioned in the "formula" is the difference between the monsters or the level that the quest is available.

 

For example, DI Quest starts at 132. Hence, an average party level of 145 (difference of 13 levels from quest level) will reap 75% of the completion reward.

 

Or, it's referring to the average party level of 145 difference with the monsters level in DI (range from 132 to 138), hence it will be different from the case for the DI quest level.
