ATK RTG x ATK PWR

Hiie guys, while the maintenance isn't over can someone explain to me the difference between atk pwr and atk rtg? which one of them I should always try to improve (in a mix for exemple)? Thankss <3

Att pow = Damage

Att Rtg = Chance to hit

 

 

depends on what class you are, like MGS don't need att rtg at all

thankss <3 for a prs for ex, I know I don't need critical but my atk rtg is so low and sometimes this bothers me :P

All characters need Attack Rating, it is the acuraccy of 1v1 attacks. Attack Rating increases your sucess rate with Death Ray, and Vigor Ball/Multi Spark for Priestess

But since StoneSpike does more damage than death ray doesnt make any sense using it in the hunt or anywhere else, bcoz everyplace u go more than 1 mob gonna get u

Why would mages need att rtg? Death ray never misses and stone pike neither

Death ray is better in HG if you just want to stand in a distance :) same in SL and DIQ if you don't want to get hit

It still display the ray tho, but the target will not take any damage.

 

 

If you have good gears and use some critical buffs, DeathRay outpeforms Stone Spike thanks to the critical Chance that adds 70% damage. Also you can cast 2 death rays in the same time as just as one Stone Spike. Also, on PvP, i find it quite hard for mages to keep close to their targets to use Stone Spike.

Not all 1v1 skills. For instance, Phoenix shot, wind arrow cannot be defended and can only be blocked/evaded.

I pop  some defenses on PvP against Phoenix Shot.

 

If the Archer charges it, it becomes AoE Linear skill, so it will always hit the target regardless of enemy evade/block.

 

The chance of defending those skills is quite low, since Archer got one of the highest Attack Rating of the game.

Yeah, it is weird. I hope with the new refactored code, Wartale could fix it so it doesnt display or display something different when it misses.
