How to have premium hair style without headband?

Hi guys, I noticed there are people who have premium hair styles but without the headband.  Do you know how this is done?  Cos I noticed in the shop in Atlantis, only classy and deluxe hair potions come without headband.

Actually only Classy and Deluxe come without headband.

Yes but I saw people in Ric with premium hair style but without the headband, hence my question.  The below hair style(right person) is obviously Premium style G.

Oh nvm the SS next is G

 

But that SS might not done any Q yet that is why you see no head band.

 

I see a lot of ppl use their higher lvl char to level up their 2nd acc and not even done any Q at level 130 or more. Some of them are my friends in game too.

the new classes like shaman do not have headband on the different styles, only default have headband on shaman*.

All hairs in Atlantis NPC comes without headband

 

 

You mean they recently updated?  Previously only classy n deluxe hairspray comes without headband.
