What are Rare itens?

Hello people. I made this post cause I noticed some ''strange'' itens that are not in the regular itens list with an inscription ''Rare Item'' bellow the iten's name, but I can't seem to find them anywhere to see its stats, and they are sold at a high price I noticed too. What are them? How can I have them? Are they really worth buying? Where can I see its stats to see if it's perfect or not? Are they better than regular itens? Hope you guys answer my questions, thanks.

You've probably saw one piece of the hell set, you can have them going to Hell's Gate and receiving them by lucky. more about HG: http://www.realmpt.net/hellsgate

I've seen some people saying that they were really worthy before the Greedy Gauntlets and the Draxos Boots were released, but now the only one worthy is the bracelets that gives you +1% critical.

It comes from HG!? Wow, never knew that... and never knew HG actually had so many valluable prizes, I usually only get XP and Bellum Forces lol, interesting. Well, I think it's all crystal clear now, thanks for the answer. Problem Solved.
