About Ksing rule

hey 

Today I was looking for a spawn in ad2 when I saw a prs leaving Hs. Ok, i went there and took the spawn bcuz the prs left. It asked to pt me and I sayd ok.

Then, it loged out saying his friend was going to login and back to xp with me. Ok, nop till then. The guy loged in and pted with me (I was leader).

The problem came when the new guy (already lost spawn for me I think) left the pt and stayed atacking, saying I was ksing him. Well... the spawn was mine and the pt too, he left the pt and ksed me right?

 

He told im an idiot and he was lvling there for 88 hours (detail: It was other person loged in there previously). He also said he got proof enough to report me and I can go ahead to report him.

 

Then who was right? Me or him?

 

Detail: The ks rules says if u have print for 20 min ago the spawn is yours, something like that. But I have my print with empty spawn. So what?

If someone leaves their spawn then it is free for anyone to come in and take it

 

In this case their KSing report will not be processed
