a little question: the new hat has 2 timings, before you start using it and after you uses, the timing of 30 days counts when you're on city? ???

Not sure,but seems like the 30days timer is based in the server time ,it will pass even when you're logged off

About 24H and 30Days, its SIMPLE; 24H = the duration time of currently Hat, and 30Days is the time until the event end.

That 30 day timer is simply the time you have to use the hat. After those 30 days expire, it'll vanish.

It does not matter how long you have left to use it, because once you use it, you'll have 24 play hours left in it. Regardless of when you get rewarded with the Tuttifrutti Hat, you'll always have 30 days left to use it.

Theoretically, if you knew the day that the event would end (the NPC being removed in-game) you could save enough fruits to exchange for 30 of the EXP hats. The hats all have a 24hr timer on them, meaning if your character was EXP'ing every minute of everyday for 30 days straight you would be able to get the full value of every hat. If you happened to get 30 hats on the very last day of the event before the NPC is removed but only have your character EXP'ing a total of 240 hours in game once the event ends, you would be able to use 10 of your hats after the event ends (when the NPC is gone) and the other 20 that you received would simply disappear and you would get nothing in return for them.

 

In other words, you cant buy massive amounts of EXP hats and store them on mules for future use. No matter how many hats are in-game, exactly 30 days after the maintenance is finished that removes the Carnival Girl NPC will totally remove all existing EXP hats from rPT.

But you can still get 4 or 5 hats one day before the event ends and have 30d hats after it. The timer on the hats will still go on, but you'll be able to use a couple of hats on those 30d after the event easily and use that exp up. But sure, you won't be able to stock hats on mules for more than 30 days, they will all vanish.
