RandAlthor 0 Report post Posted January 2, 2011 Swords are the weakest meele weapons, so you can't compare them to axes If you take a look on the damage of 106 axe and 115 sword you'll find out that they're almost the same, even though the axe is 2 weapon set lower than the sword i saw that too but look at the crit. its axe 12% and sword 16% yes, and the 115 sowrd +20 aged gives 26% crit, and fs only 12% at a lv 106 weapon. Sooooooo unfair. But, destroyer's crit add, lv 10= 28%+12%=40% avenging crash+brutal swing 50% link critical (lv 10 both)= 30/2= 15%+12%= 27%. btw, FS can reach these critical taxes with CLEAN axes. Also, few people get 115 sword +20. Who the best with crit, fs or ks? even axes doesn't get critical boost at aging? Akira I understand that but I'm giving up 60 abs just to get that crit you were talking about. WRONGE, you lose 60 abs when using berserk which only adds a small damage boost. and after maint its going to to -30 abs. first of all its spell (WRONG) if you wanna tell someone they are wrong spell it right. but on the other hand thanks for all the info. Actually the thing that bothers me most is that now Ata has X-Rage to spam, the damage is so much better, and it's so much easier to use effectively than Perfo. Honestly, I feel like Archer's the worst class atm, even with the Mech how it is lol. Considering fighters, I think the only fix they need is change Rage of Zecram to a similar style of Brandish. - But that's just me. And about the soccer shirts, I got lucky with Candy Canes, sold them high prices, got Oredos, and mixed my Perf Synth Armor, so I'd rather use that than a Soccer shirt, they're just too ugly. :\ And yeah I'm hijacking your thread. Akira 0 Report post Posted January 2, 2011 To do a REAL balance in aging system/ stats of itens, some changes are necessary. Aging system -schytes don't get critical boost by aging (pike have highest critical % of all chars with skills, and schytes have already high critical %) -orbes gain HP instead of MP (since prs/mage need to put healh points to get a decent HP. melle classes can up with base health, prs and mage hardly do) Itens stats -Bows get same AP as schytes, since archers doesn't get passive critical % by skills. -Swords same Ap as axes. -Wands/staffs get Ap equal to melee weapons. When a 11x melee/ranged char reach 600-800 AP, mage and priestess reach 300-400 AP -Armors get lower str requirements. for a Melee, 200 str is nothing, but for ata and archers are a high waste of points. Hp formulas - Archers got same hp formula of atas. Archers with high lv armors gain few hp points (0,3 per str point), ata atleast gain 0,6, that helps in HP when using high lv armors. - Str giving atleast 0,3 to mages and priestess (actually they add nothing) There's some old ideas from another players that's would balance the classes very well, hope the admins read and think carefully about them.
